The Friends of the Hannon Library are pleased to present Evalyn Hansen, Woody Guthriedramaturg at the Camelot Theatre for their recent production celebrating the 100th birthday of Woody Guthrie. In her role as dramaturg, Evalyn researched Woody Guthrie’s times, his works, and his environment She then instructed the cast and crew for their presentation at the Camelot.

Evalyn has a BA in Dramatic Arts from UC Berkeley and an MA from San Francisco State University. She is a founding member of San Francisco’s Magic Theatre. Evelyn currently directs plays for Ashland Contemporary Theatre. She directs Literacy Theater for Rogue Community College, a group formed to promote intercultural communication within the community.
