• Business and Company Resource Center
  This is the newer version of General Business File. It brings together company profiles, brand information, rankings, investment reports, company histories, chronologies and periodicals. Search this database to find detailed company and industry news and information. It uses the Gale interface.
• Business Source Premier
  Retrieves citations, most with abstracts and many with full text, and indicates SOU library holdings data for articles in selected business, management, economics, banking, finance, and accounting magazines and scholarly journals. Also retrieves citations for the Wall Street Journal. In English. May be limited to refereed journals and full text. In English, and updated daily. Results may be printed, downloaded to disc, or e-mailed. Uses Ebsco interface.
• Global Road Warrior
  Global Road Warrior Country Database is a guide for companies and individuals traveling to or doing business in foreign countries. Covering 175 countries, the database addresses 22 categories of interest to travelers, including business culture, communications, demographics, money and banking, points of interest, security, society and culture, tips for businesswomen, transportation, and travel essentials. It also includes maps and photographs.
• IBISWorld
  IBISWorld includes detailed industry marketing research. There are over 700 reports, written at the 5-digit level of NAICS: North American Industry Classification System. Updated regularly.
• LexisNexis Academic
  This database has several distinct modules. Two important ones are "News" and "Legal Research." "News" has more than 350 newspapers full-text from the U.S. and around the world as well as news magazines, broadcast transcripts, etc. "Legal" has federal and state case law, federal codes and regulations, and state codes among a host of other legal materials.
• Wall Street Journal
  Retrieves citations and full-text of articles, letters, and other document types from the Wall Street Journal. Daily investment price tables are not included. In English. Results may be printed, downloaded to disc or e-mailed. Uses ProQuest interface.
• ABI Inform
  Provides abstracts of articles from approximately 2,800 U.S. and international business and management publications. Coverage is from 1971 to the present. Updated weekly.
• Business and Industry
  Retrieves citations, some with abstracts, and SOU Library holdings for a range of article types, including industry surveys, from selected U.S. and international business press, trade magazines and newsletters. Abstracts may contain useful facts and figures. May be limited to U.S. or non-U.S. companies, or SOU Library holdings. Mostly in English, with some sources in other European languages. Results may be printed, downloaded to disc, or e-mailed. Uses the FirstSearch interface (available at SOU in English, Spanish or French), which includes a link for SOU Inter-Library Loan.
