STUDENTS’ GUIDE to RESERVING LIBRARY STUDY ROOMS

1. Go to http://my.sou.edu/ and log into your SOU Network Account, then click on the Hannon Library tab.

2. Scroll down the page and find the Library Reserve Room link on the right. Click on the link.

3.From the Reservations menu select Reserve Library Study Rooms.

4. Fill in the When and Where information, then click the Find Space button.

5. A room grid shows the current schedule for your requested date/time. Find a room that fits your request, then click the green plus sign on the left to add the room to your request.

6. Note that the room you selected now shows at the top of the screen under Selected Locations.

7. Click Continue at the bottom.

8. Fill in the information about your group. Fields marked with an asterisk * are required. Click Submit Reservation button at the bottom.

9. A summary of your request will come up if you have successfully submitted your request.

  • Your request will be sent to Library Administration for approval. You will be issued a confirmation email within 1 business day, Monday – Friday. The room you requested will be blocked out as unavailable while you wait for your confirmation.

  • Reservations should be submitted by 7 AM of the requested date.
