Electronic Classroom - Library 114

The Electronic Classroom shares space with the Information Technology Center on the First Floor of the Hannon Library. The EC supports the instruction and information literacy role of the Library on campus.

The 31 computer workstations in the Electronic Classroom access the Library's research databases, software applications, Web design tools, graphics applications, as well as the Internet and student email accounts. 
  • Students, faculty, and staff are permitted to use the computers in the Electronic Classroom when it is not in use for instruction. Contact Dale Vidmar at: 2-6842 for assistance.
  • A daily schedule will be posted on the wall near the classroom indicating when the EC will be in use each day for classes.
 
 
The ITC Electronic Classroom at the Hannon Library serves as the main classroom for Library Instruction. 
The primary purpose of the Electronic Classroom is for Library Instruction and Training and Development for students, faculty, and staff.
 
Student in the Electronic Classroom 
  • The instructor's workstation or the projection unit is not available for students to practice presentations or other group projects. 
  • All printing from the Electronic Classroom will cost the same as other Library computer workstations. 
  • Food or Drink is not allowed in the ITC or the Electronic Classroom.
