SOU students and employees can visit the first floor of Hannon Library and check out a key from the Tech Help Desk
Study room keys are available to be checked out on a first-come, first-served basis and by reservation
Keys may be checked out for four hours at a time
Students, faculty, and staff can renew a borrowed key in person or via Tech Help Chat
Renewals are limited to library hours and by availability
Hannon Library asks that whenever a patron exits a study room, they bring the study room key with them and ensure the door is locked
Study room keys should be returned to the Tech Help Desk
Study Room Reservations
Students, staff, and faculty can reserve a study room using LibCal for up to 4 hours. Renewals are allowed if availability allows. Visit the Tech Help Desk on the first floor of the library to check in for your reservation and check out the room key.
